Stellar ST19 tandem kayak
The lightweight tandem kayak measures 585 cm and is 65 cm wide. Both beginners and more advanced paddlers will feel right at home in this kayak. It is suitable for lakes, rivers and coastal waters in moderate conditions.

The advantages of the Stellar ST19 tandem kayak
This tandem comes with all the outstanding lightweight features of a Stellar kayak. It weighs just 25 kg and is therefore very easy to handle for two people.

Stable, but fast!
The wide stern and stable centre provide a great deal of safety, yet the kayak accelerates and easily maintains a brisk cruising speed.
Lightweight
The tandem weighs just 25 kg - making it significantly lighter to handle than kayaks made of PE material or conventional laminated kayaks.
Convenient access
Both cockpits offer equal space and a spacious entrance. It is also easy to put your knees up while driving.
Tail rudder included
The rear rudder is always included with this tandem. The controls can be mounted in the front or rear cockpit.
Unique: Tandem with skeg
The skeg maximises the already excellent directional stability even further - so this tandem rides like it's on rails. Also a help in crosswinds.

Tail rudder
The ST19 Tandem always comes with Smart Track rear rudder. The connection is easy to make and can be installed in the rear or front cockpit.
Convenient access
The ST19 has two large, oval cockpit hatches, both the same size (85 x 44 cm). This makes it easy to get in and out of the boat.
Sufficient storage space
The ST19 has two large hatches and plenty of storage space for luggage. In addition, the space in the cockpit is generous and offers even more storage space.
Day hatches
Both seats have separate day hatches.
Skeg
A skeg is located in the stern area, which supports the straight-line stability. The control unit for the skeg is located on the rear cockpit.
Keel strip
Additional protection for the underbody is provided by a factory-laminated Kevlar keel strip (optional).
Legroom
Both seats offer plenty of room for long legs (approx. 120 cm leg length) and long feet (size 48).
The ST19 mod presented in the video
The ST19 Tandem is also available in a divisible version as the "ST19 Mod" (Mod = modular). This means it can be converted into a solo kayak for one person by removing the rear seat module. The kayak is presented here in the video:
