LiteVenture distributes high-quality equipment for water sports throughout Europe. We work closely with selected manufacturers and are responsible for their Europe-wide distribution. We also manufacture products such as stand-up paddle boards and carbon paddles for SUP and kayaking.
LiteVenture's headquarters are located near Freiburg - in the south of Germany on the border with France and Switzerland. The central warehouse is located in the Breisgau industrial estate, close to the A5 motorway. Orders are dispatched from here throughout Europe. Container deliveries of new goods are regularly accepted. The shop, where the portfolio is on display, is located directly next to the warehouse. Here we welcome customers, advise them on the selection of products and also allow them to test kayaks and stand-up paddle boards by appointment.
As Operations Manager, you can expect a versatile position in which you can actively contribute - even as a career changer:
You can expect an exciting, varied job in the international distribution of high-quality sports equipment. You can handle processes in a structured manner, but also enjoy working independently.
You enjoy high-quality and innovative sports products and are happy to familiarise yourself with their various features. You are good at dealing with people, understanding their requirements and advising them accordingly. You are fluent in written and spoken German. Good English language skills are also desirable. For the occasional support of test customers, a car driving licence class 3 + trailer is an advantage.
In addition to day-to-day routines such as the coordination of dispatch, sales and logistics, you will regularly liaise with our partners at the test locations. This includes reconciling the stock of test material and coordinating deliveries/collections.
Our location in the scenic region between the Vosges Mountains and the Black Forest allows for sports and leisure activities with a high quality of life. Shipping employee (m/f/d) on a part-time basis
The dispatch department is located at LiteVenture's main site near Freiburg. Orders are processed and dispatched from here. This includes smaller items such as accessories, larger packages such as inflatable SUP boards and kayaks, which are packed and dispatched as bulky goods.
You view the orders, create the dispatch labels and delivery notes and pack the ordered goods for collection. You record the orders in a structured and organised manner. You are physically able to lift a weight of 15 to 20 kg on your own and it is not a heavy physical burden.
You are also happy to keep "your" department tidy: sorting new goods, labelling, counting and recording quantities as well as checking and restocking returns.
Occasionally we also receive container deliveries with new products - mainly kayaks - here we need your support in unloading and supplying the warehouse.
Requirements:

- available 2-3 times a week in the morning
- Car / forklift driving licence an advantage, but not a must

Factory driver (m/f/d) in marginal employment
From our main location near Freiburg, we regularly organise delivery trips to our test locations in Germany and Austria. Kayaks and SUP boards are transported on trailers.
It goes without saying that you will secure the goods properly and handle them with care. Handling kayaks weighing around 25 kg safely on your own is no problem for you.
Requirements:
- Car driving licence with permit up to 7.5 tonnes and trailer
- Reliability and friendly demeanour
- Fluent in German
- Available 1 x per month for 2-3 days at a time
This job can also be carried out on a part-time basis as part-time employment up to €538. You can plan and organise your journeys independently, but you should be able to schedule time away from work for two to three days at a time once a month. There may be no trips in winter, but two trips a month in summer.
