Free shipping within Germany and Austria
Within Germany we will send you items such as accessories and inflatable SUP boards free of shipping costs from an order value of 49 €. Exceptions are bulky goods such as hardboards and kayaks.
Delivery time
We have everything you can find in the online shop in stock. We will finish your orders with the receipt of payment. The shipment is usually with you on the following working day. This also applies to neighboring EU countries such as the Netherlands, Austria etc.
Forwarding
SUP Hardboards, kayaks, surf skis and also one-piece paddles with more than 170 cm We deliver fixed length by forwarding agent. The costs for this vary greatly depending on the distance and depending on the volume of freight forwarding. Therefore, we calculate with a flat rate that reflects half of the actual costs. So we subsidize the shipping by 50%. The overview is shown below. Alternatively, collection at our locations near Freiburg, Krakow am See, Hamburg, Halle an der Saale or Moers is also possible by arrangement.

Delivery to Switzerland
For customers living close to the border
For our Swiss customers who live not far from Basel, we recommend picking them up at the shop in the Breisgau business park - only 40 km from Basel, nearby of the A5 at Heitersheim - VAT refund is possible we invoice the net price (online prices less 19% VAT). We charge a flat rate of €29 for the costs of shipping and customs clearance.
The shipping service provider will invoice you separately for Swiss VAT (7.7%) and import duty. Shipping hardboards & kayaks (forwarding shipping) to Switzerland is currently not yet possible. Please send us an email with your request and we will send you an individual offer.
